Lean Manufacturing Program (Industrial Workshops)

QBIC’s Lean Manufacturing Program (LMP) – the first of its kind in Qatar – is specifically designed to develop & build the capacity of startups that are aiming to manufacture products & goods in Qatar.

Within this program, entrepreneurs & business owners will gain a thorough, hands-on understanding of the holistic manufacturing process through a series of practical sessions that are based on the lean methodology. Program graduates will leave with the skills and knowledge to efficiently start & scale their operations and grow into the next stage of the production cycle.

لقد صُمم برنامج التصنيع الانسيابي، الذي يعتبر الأول من نوعه في قطر، خصيصاً لبناء وتطوير إمكانات الشركات الناشئة التي تهدف إلى تصنيع المنتجات والسلع في قطر.

بالتحاقهم بهذا البرنامج، سيتمكن رواد الأعمال وأصحاب العمل من تكوين فهم شامل وعملي لعملية التصنيع بأكملها، وذلك من خلال سلسلة من الجلسات العملية القائمة على منهج الانسيابية. ومع انتهائه، سيمتلك الخريجون المعرفة والمهارات اللازمة لتطوير عملياتهم وتوسعتها بكفاءة، وبلوغ مرحلة متقدمة في دورة الإنتاج الصناعي.
